We really believe your cake should be as spectacular inside as it is on the outside, leave that to our bakery team at Biddy's Tea Room!

 

Headed up by Joely Arlow, they will create 3 tiers of the most delicious sponge cake, layered with intricate and individual buttercreams made to compliment that cake. 

 

We try to come up with our own unique and surprising flavour combinations. Everything below has been tried and tested many times... But if there is something you would like us to make,

just ask.

Vanilla with Madagascan vanilla buttercream filling

Lemon and Poppyseed with zesty lemon curd cream cheese filling

Chocolate fudge brownie cake with fudge ganache filling

Carrot cake with walnuts and orange/cinnamon cream cheese filling

Coffee and caramel with coffee drizzle and caramel buttercream 

Rose and Pistachio with pistachio mascarpone filling

Chocolate Orange with marmalade and jaffa ganache filling

Turkish Delight with a rose, lemon and ground almond filling

Courgette cake with lemon cream cheese filling

Norfolk lavender and lemon drizzle cake

Blackberry and Apple crumble with cinnamon cream cheese filling and crumble layer

Victoria sponge with vanilla buttercream and apricot, raspberry, blueberry or strawberry filling

Cherry Bakewell with almond buttercream and cherry pie filling

Rose and Raspberry with raspberries and rose mascarpone cream filling

Smores, layers of biscuit & smoked marshmallow sponge and chocolate fudge cake with smoked ganache filling

Irish coffee. Coffe sponge with whiskey cream buttercream and caramel 

Maple sponge with smokey bacon maple cream cheese filling

Millionaires shortbread. Layers of toasted biscuit, chocolate, caramel sponge with caramel & ganache filling

Peanut butter and jelly sponge with jam layers and peanut cream filling

Orange Earl Grey and biscuit with malt buttercream filling

Pimms sponge with raspberry, lemon, orange, and cucumber filling with a hint of mint

Raspberry and toasted coconut with jam and coconut buttercream filling

Red Velvet with cream cheese and mascarpone filling  

Black forest gateaux. Dense dark chocolate sponge with kirsch, cherries, and mascarpone filling

Chocolate and beetroot cake with chocolate cream cheese filling

Cherry and Geranium with cherry pie layers and geranium mascarpone filling

Rhubarb and Custard with stewed rhubarb and custard filling

Eton Mess. vanilla sponge with strawberries, meringues and a hint of mint

Pina Colada. Pineapple, coconut, and Rum

Salted Caramel (can be made with or without chocolate) with salted caramel and caramel buttercream 

Dark Chocolate, pear, and salted caramel

Pear and Ginger with white chocolate

Lemon and rosemary drizzle with lemon ricotta filling

Cookies and Cream. Oreo, choc chip and vanilla sponge with double cream and malt filling

Peach and white chocolate with a white chocolate mascarpone layer 

Strawberry Neopolitan. Layers of vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate sponge
