To make the most of your consultation please email me any inspirational images you may have collected, colour schemes or themes that will help me understand your theme. TRANSPORTATION & STORAGE Customers can collect their cake from us in Aylsham or Norwich for free. Please note we can only offer collection on one-tier cakes. They are made to be pretty sturdy, and well dowelled, but are still made from sponge so every effort should be taken to avoid sudden movement or unreasonable tilting. We recommend a flat surface like a footwell or boot, not a car seat. You must use air con where you have it and keep the inside cool. Do not leave your cake in a car for any length of time unattended. Cakes taste best at room temperature, however, for storage and transportation purposes do keep your cake refrigerated. Any cakes with chocolate sails or fresh fruit will need to be kept cool at all times. Please do not put a cake by a heat source like a radiator, direct sunlight or a window. And be particularly mindful of marquees or tents where the temperature can rise. Please ensure you handle our cakes from the base only as any pressure on the side of the box could result in damage to the decoration. If the cake is cut then please keep wrapped in cling film, or in Tupperware and eat immediately. Cake not cut will last up to a week if kept cool and stored in a Tupperware. Cake can also be frozen to enjoy later. If you collect a cake from us you will be asked to check the cake before leaving the store. This is to say you are happy with the cake as it leaves our shop and it meets your expectations. Please note that cakes damaged in transport are not covered by us. Dowels, flowers and decorations must be removed before serving.

I can assure all customers that the utmost care is taken when baking your cake and all surfaces are cleaned down, specific utensils used and allergens kept away from the space.
