My name is Charlie Buchan and I am the designer and decorator at Ophelia Weddings, creating amazing cakes throughout East Anglia.
Ophelia's is the sister company to Biddy's Tea Room, Norfolk. Our in house bakery make the sponges and I turn them into a showstopping cake.
In fact, we like to think our cakes are as beautiful on the inside as they are outside.
I am a trained painter and love an opportunity to realise your designs in edible paint.
We have a very open and flexible pricing structure, we can work to budgets and most quotes will be determined based on their time to make.
We like to specialise in unusual flavour combinations to surprise and intrigue your guests. Because we make all of our cakes from scratch with good quality, fresh ingredients we can make almost any flavour you want. This means we can cater for lots of different diets, including vegan and gluten-free.

As well as our stunning wedding cakes; we make occasion cakes, dessert tables, cupcakes as well as having a huge selection of items to hire for your big day.
